The Confidence Method with Sarah Baynes

The Confidence Method offers coaching in confidence to help you find your Gravitas and presence within.  It is for you and your team if:-

  • you lack the credibility and the influence you really need.
  • you want to succeed in a new role and need a new style.
  • you don’t speak up in meetings and it’s holding you back.
  • your manner lets you down in teleconferences or media interviews.

Sarah Baynes heads up The Confidence Method as an Associate of the Gravitas Method. She has coached boardroom executives, entrepreneurs and well known faces; privately and for global brands. Inspiring them to play big, stepping into roles that empower them. She specialises in giving people confidence and helping them navigate through both their internal negotiations and externally with prospective new businesses. Her art is in getting people to tell their story, shape their future story and then find the tools and skills to demonstrate their talents in the market place.

Sarah was a commissioner at Channel 4 Television for 17 years, working in News and Current Affairs as well as Entertainment. While at Channel 4 she trained as a coach and became a Master Practitioner in NLP and has a diploma in Life Coaching.  Since then, she has developed a global client list helping people from all corners of the globe shape and communicate their message, as well as instilling lifelong confidence to move forward successfully.
