If you feel that you need really tailored support to have impact in the big meeting, speak with confidence on a platform, panel or in a pitch, or step up your style to feel ready for a new role, then 1-1 coaching is a powerful route to get exactly the change you want.
We will unpick with you the current obstacles to your success, and then help you with practical strategies to find your voice and confidence. Sessions can be via Skype, telephone or face to face and we can scale packages to suit your budget.
If you think we can help you, or your people, up your gravitas and confidence in a pitch, presentation, panel, speech or meeting here’s what to do:
Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know a bit about you (your role, your work and what you would like to focus on, and what success will look like).
We will then book a call to explore further, as each package we create is bespoke for you. Packages range from the quick fix “Help I have to make a speech next week!” kind of support to longer packages of 3 months to one year. Typical packages tend to be 3, 6, or 12 months in duration.
Training and Coaching Packages:
Training always has a bespoke element to get the best, and fastest result. We provide a blend of training, coaching, conference packages to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Some examples of typical packages include;
Bespoke Gravitas coaching:
For senior executives wishing to boost their gravitas and their profile, or for executives stepping up into a new management role, or media interviews. Packages can be flexible to need – i.e. a starter half day package with Skype follow up is often a good initial investment. Alternatively we offer Skype Coaching.

A few recent testimonials
“I just wanted to let you know the panel went really well today. I felt well prepared and even managed to look into the audience! The patio and dragon breathing were particularly helpful. Lots of positive feedback. I’m so grateful for your support. Practicing and talking it through with you made all the difference.”
All best, Susanna Wilson
“A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU! The team got a great deal out of the day. We covered such a lot, and all agreed we had learned loads of useful tools to put into practice. The relationship triangle exercise transformed our role playing, and got us questioning what information was being processed, and how, in ways we hadn’t before.
The team have already begun to do group ‘mind mapping’ sessions using the case studies we were working on with you, and all agreed they will be putting these techniques into practice!”

“On behalf of the Weightmans Wednesday Committee, I’d like to say a huge thank you for taking the time to speak yesterday. We really appreciate all of the effort you made and for putting on such an engaging presentation. The feedback has been fantastic and you received a resounding set of ‘excellent’ scores for your presentation and the subject matter. I’ve also heard a number of people debating on whether they are a ‘Cat or Dog’ in the office this morning! Something that I believe will soon be a global concept! So thank you again. I am personally very inspired by the work you do and hope to work with you again in the future”.
“Just a quick note to say that I just got promoted to Director of Leisure! Part of the reason for it was because the area team were really impressed with me and my leadership and gravitas!! So thank you for the brilliant coaching… It has had a direct impact on my life (I still practice by the way)”.
“Thank you for delivering such a great event yesterday to our Pearls members, the feedback we have received so far has been excellent.”

“Thank you so much for such a fun and interesting session today. We’ve had fantastic feedback from attendees!”
“We ran a short evaluation survey for those that attended the large session you facilitated. There were numerous comments about how useful people found it, together with comments about how they will now focus on their breathing, pausing, and being more cat/dog! In short, the results shows that 96% of delegates found the session useful, and 97% would like to see more of that type of session…these are absolutely brilliant results!!”

“I am in a trade mission with UKTI and the mayor of London. I won the pitching competition in fintech – I have discovered the cat in me. I even had to do the pitch in front of the press, only podium was a bit high for me but did not deter me.
Thank you again – you were certainly instrumental in my development in public speaking”.
